Director share sale

Aussie Broadband Limited today announces that Managing Director Phillip Britt has sold 1,000,000 shares and has notified the board of his intention to exercise 698,228 options which will be held for at least 12 months.

The net effect of share sale and options exercised (once completed) will be a 301,772 reduction in shares held. Post these transactions, Phil will hold 15,451,287 shares in ABB and remains a substantial shareholder at 6.5%

The proceeds will be used to fund the exercise of options and for personal reasons.
