Notice under s 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act

Aussie Broadband Limited (ASX:ABB) ( Company ) advises that it has issued 817,912 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) on 24 February 2026. The Shares were issued to the trustee of the Company’s Employee Share Trust.

The Company hereby confirms that:

1. The Shares were issued by the Company without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

2. The Company is providing this notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act.

3. As at the date of this notice, the Company, as a disclosing entity under the Corporations Act, has complied with:

   • (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

   • (b) sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act.

4. As at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) or 708A(8) of the Corporations Act, which is required to be disclosed by the Company.

An Appendix 2A with respect to the Shares has been lodged with ASX on 25 February 2026.
