EXPIRY AND ISSUE OF UNLISTED OPTIONS

The Company advise that it has today issued unlisted options to directors following shareholder approvals at the recently held Annual General Meeting.

The Company also advise that 39,500,000 unlisted options exercisable at 5 cents each expired unexercised on 30 November 2020. 18,000,000 of these options were held by directors.
