AusQuest Limited (ASX: AQD) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of AusQuest Limited (‘AQD’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AQD, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 16 October 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, AusQuest Limited (AQD or the Company) requests a trading halt to the quotation of the Company’s securities pending an announcement with regard to a proposed capital raising.

The following information is provided in relation to this request:

1. AQD expects the trading halt to last until an announcement is made which will be no later than before commencement of trading on Wednesday 16 October 2019.

2. AQD is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by the ASX.

3. AQD is not aware of any other relevant information in relation to this request.
