Placement of Outstanding SPP Shortfall Securities
The Co m pany wish e s to advise t hat it has n o w placed all the outsta n ding SPP s h ortfall secu r ities with a large r esource inv e stment fun d who have a greed to ta k e up the final 6,933,35 6 ordinary shares with 3,466,6 7 8 free attac h ing options under the s a me terms a nd conditio n s as previo u sly announ c ed, for a total co n sideration o f $131,734. T hese shares and optio n s will be iss u ed early ne x t week.
This fin a l transactio n brings the t otal funds r a ised under the SPP to $ 1 million a n d the total new funds raised u n der the SP P and Place m ent to $3 m illion.
