Allotment of Shares and Options

The Company wishes to confirm that 74,000,000 ordinary shares and 37,000,000 free attaching options have been issued and allotted today under the second tranche of the Company’s placement as approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 26 November 2013.

The Company would also like to confirm that the free attaching options issued as part of the placement and the recent Securities Purchase Plan have been granted quotation on ASX under the code AQDO.

The issue of these new securities was reflected in an Appendix 3B lodged with ASX on 17 October 2013.
