Non-Executive Director Resignation

AusQuest Limited (ASX code: AQD) wishes to advise that Mr John Ashley, Non-Executive Director, will retire from the Board as of close of business on Friday the 8[th] July 2016.

Mr Ashley was a founding member of AusQuest and has been a Director of the Company for over 16 years. The Company wishes to acknowledge the significant contribution that Mr Ashley has made to the successes of the Company both in his capacity as a Director and as a technical consultant.

The Board extends its deep gratitude to Mr Ashley for his valued contribution during that period, and wishes him well during his retirement.
