AusNet Services Restructure Proposal Court Orders Lodged
AusNet Services announces that it has today lodged with ASIC the orders made by the Supreme Court of Victoria on 4 June 2015 in relation to the proposed restructure under which a new company called AusNet Services Ltd will become the single head company of AusNet Services in place of its current triple-stapled structure ( Proposal ).
Information about the remaining key dates in relation to the Proposal is set out in the Securityholder Booklet and the announcement made by AusNet Services on ASX and SGX-ST on 4 June 2015.
