ISSUE OF JMEI EXPLORATION CREDITS TO ELIGIBLE INVESTORS FOR 2020/21
Ausmon Resources Limited (“Company”) is pleased to advise that it has finalised the computation of Junior Minerals Exploration Incentive (“JMEI”) exploration credits distributable to eligible investors for the income year ended 30 June 2021.
In respect of the income year 2021, the Company created JMEI exploration credits of $150,000 being the full amount of credits allocated by the Commissioner of Taxation for that year. The credits, to the value of $0.21949 per dollar invested, are distributed on a pro-rata basis to eligible investors who have subscribed for fully paid ordinary shares in the Company when it raised new capital for eligible exploration expenditure during the income year.
Eligible investors will receive shortly a statement of their 2020/21 JMEI exploration credits which they can claim in their tax return for 2021.
