ACQUISITION OF 100% OF EL 6413, 6416 6417 AND 7564 IN NSW

Ausmon Resources Limited ("Ausmon") advises that it has acquired a 100% interest in the following exploration licences in New South Wales:

• EL 6413 and 7564 Pooraka (near Cobar);

• EL 6416 Mt Barrow ( near Cobar); and

• EL 6417 Cumnock (near Orange).

Ausmon has been earning an 85% interest in EL 6413, 6416 and 6417 since 2009 under a farmin agreement with Robust Operations Pty Ltd by funding work commitments.

Ausmon will issue 400,000 fully paid ordinary shares in Ausmon Resources Limited for the 15% interest in EL 6413, 6416 and 6417 which it will not have earned under the farmin arrangement and in EL 7564 held by Robust Resources Limited.

EL 6413 and 7564 Pooraka are highly prospective for gold, lead, zinc and silver.

EL 6416 Mt Barrow and EL 6417 Cumnock are being targeted for copper and gold with significant anomalies having been identified in recent exploration work.
