Appointment of Managing Director
Ausgold Limited (“the Company”) (ASX : AUC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Matthew Greentree to the position of Managing Director with immediate effect. Dr Greentree has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company since April 2017.
Commenting on the appointment, Ausgold Chairman, Mr Richard Lockwood said:
“ Matthew has made a significant contribution in his time with Ausgold, increasing both the level of exploration activity and the Company’s profile in the investment community. He is a highly experienced exploration geologist and has applied his expertise to developing a clear path forward for our flagship Katanning Gold Project . In no small part, it is because of his influence that the significant potential of the project has become more apparent over the past 12 months.
