NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Ausgold Limited (ASX: AUC) is pleased to announce that the Notice of Annual General Meeting of shareholders to approve a number of resolutions has been dispatched to all shareholders.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 3.00pm (WST) on 24 November 2011 at the Parmelia Hilton, Mill Street Perth Western Australia.
Further, hardcopies of the Annual Report have been despatched to all shareholders who have requested it. Shareholders who have elected to receive the report in electronic format, will be sent an electronic version of the Annual Report from Security Transfer Registrars.
