TAKEOVER BID FOR MAKO GOLD LIMITED - COMMENCEMENT OF DESPATCH OF BIDDER’S STATEMENT
Aurum Resources Limited (ABN 17 650 477 286) (ASX:AUE) has today commenced despatch of the bidder’s statement dated 30 October 2024 ( Bidder’s Statement ) to acquire all of the shares and certain options in Mako Gold Limited (ABN 84 606 241 829) (ASX: MKG) ( Offers ).
The current timetable for the Offers is as follows:

Instructions on how to accept the Offers are contained in sections 2, 13.3 and 14.4 of the Bidder’s Statement and on the acceptance form (which accompanies the Bidder’s Statement).
Acceptances must be received by no later than 7.00pm (Sydney time) on 2 December 2024, unless the Offers are extended or withdrawn.
A copy of the Bidder’s Statement as sent to offerees will be separately released to ASX.
