We hereby inform you that Investors’ Grievances and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. March 16, 2020 allotted 68,503 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each to employees, who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares shall rank pari- passu with existing shares of the Company in all respects.
