We hereby inform you that Investors’ Grievances and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company passed a resolution by circulation today i.e. December 22, 2020 for allotment of 7,500 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each to employee, who exercised his vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

- The said shares shall rank pari passu with existing shares of the Company in all respects.

Resultantly, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to 2,86,29,689 equity shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 14,31,48,445/-
