Aurum PropTech continues growth momentum

Revenue from operations during this quarter 3Q FY23 was ₹385.6 million, 512% of the revenue of 3Q FY22

• Revenue from operations for the quarter was ₹385.6 million, as compared to ₹ 283.0 million in 2Q FY23, up 36.3%

• Total income for the quarter was ₹ 411.5 million as compared to ₹ 308.4 million in 2Q FY23, up 33.5%

• EBITDA for the quarter was ₹ 19.5 million as compared to ₹ (34.2) million in 2Q FY23, improved by ₹ 53.9 million

CONSOLIDATED RESULTS AT A GLANCE (3Q FY23 COMPARED WITH 3Q FY22)

• Revenue from operations for 3Q FY23 was ₹ 385.6 million, as compared to ₹ 75.3 in 3Q FY22 up 406.7%

• Total income for 3Q FY23 was ₹ 411.5 million as compared to ₹ 87.4 in 3Q FY22 up 370.8%

• EBITDA for 3Q FY23 was ₹ 19.5 million as compared to ₹ (26.0) million in 3Q FY22, improved by ₹ 45.5 million
