Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 42 and other applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - ‘Second and Final Call Notice’ and ‘Record Date’ on partly paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.5 each issued and allotted on rights basis.

The Board of Directors at their meeting held on Thursday, January 18, 2024, has delegated its powers to the “Rights Issue Committee” of the Company to fix the call amount, dates and all activities in relation to the partly paid equity shares on right issue basis.

The Rights Issue Committee has at its meeting held today, i.e., Wednesday, February 26, 2025 approved the following:

• a. Second and Final Call Notice of ₹ 30.00 (Rupees Thirty Only) per partly paid equity share (comprising of ₹1.88/- towards face value and a premium of ₹ 28.12/-) per Rights Equity Share.

• b. Fixed Tuesday, March 4, 2025 as the Record Date (“Second and Final Call Record Date”) to determine the eligible partly paid up-equity shareholders who are entitled to receive the notice of the Second and Final Call for Rights Issue.

• c. Issue First Call reminder along with interest as stated in “Notice for Payment of First Call Money to the holders of Partly Paid-Up Equity Shares” dated March 27, 2024, to those whose first call money is due.

The Company will submit further details of the Second and Final Call Notice in considerable time.

The meeting of the Rights Issue Committee commenced at 6.50 PM (IST) and concluded at 7.55 PM. (IST).
