This is in furtherance to our intimation dated March 30, 2022 informing about the meeting of the Board of Directors ( Board ) of Aurum PropTech Limited ( Company ) approving inter alia the Letter of Offer for filing with the BSE Limited ( BSE ) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited ( NSE ) to seek in-principle approval for listing the equity shares of the Company proposed to be issued and allotted on a rights basis to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company ( Issue ).

The Company received in-principle approvals for listing the equity shares of the Company proposed to be issued and allotted pursuant to the Issue from the BSE and NSE through letters dated March 31, 2022.

We wish to inform you that the Rights Issue Committee of our Board at its meeting held on April 08, 2022, inter alia considered and approved the letter of offer in respect of the Issue ( Letter of Offer ) for the filing with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

This intimation is issued in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
