Further, in terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, December 25, 2020 as the Record Date for ascertaining eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend, for financial year 2020-21, to be declared by the Board.

In terms of Insider Trading Code of the Company, please note that trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, December 10, 2020 until forty-eight hours after declaration of interim dividend to the stock exchanges.
