Further, in terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Record Date has been fixed on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 for ascertaining eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend, if declared by the Board.

In terms of Insider Trading Code of the Company, please note that trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, March 10, 2020 to Wednesday, March 18, 2020 (up to forty eight hours after declaration of interim dividend, if any).
