TRADING HALT
The securities of Aurora Labs Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 24 February 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

AURORA LABS LIMITED (ASX: A3D) - REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Aurora Labs Limited ( Company ) requests a halt in trading of its securities, pending the Company making an announcement regarding a capital raising ( Capital Raising ).
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:

The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Friday 24[th] February 2017 and the release of an announcement regarding the Capital Raising, whichever is the earlier.

The event that the Company expects will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 above.

The Company is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted.
