AURORA COMPLETES SUCCESSFUL $7M PLACEMENT

Aurora Labs Limited (“Aurora Labs” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has successfully completed a placement of 2.8 million ordinary shares to institutional and sophisticated investors to raise $7 million (before costs) ( Placement ).

Bell Potter acted as Lead Manager to the Placement.

Proceeds of the Placement will primarily be used to accelerate the development and testing of the Company’s innovative Medium and Large Format Printers, as well as the costs of the issue and general working capital requirements.

Aurora Labs’ Managing Director, Mr David Budge, said: “We are extremely pleased at the investor support we have received for this Placement and welcome a number of new institutional investors to our register. The Placement was oversubscribed which is a testament to the excitement surrounding the future potential of our 3D metal printing technology. I am very thankful for the support our shareholders have shown in Aurora Labs so far, and I’m greatly looking forward to what’s ahead”.

The issue price for the placement of $2.50 represents a 31.5% discount to the last closing price of $3.65 per share. The Placement represents approximately 5% of Aurora Labs’ issued capital. The Company expects to complete the Placement under its existing ASX Listing Rule 7.1 placement capacity on or about 3 March 2017.
