Aurora Labs Ltd (“Company”) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (“ASX”) on Friday 12 August 2016.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities will commence at 12:30 PM AEST on Tuesday, 16 August 2016.

The Company raised approximately $2.855 million pursuant to the offer under the prospectus dated 9 June 2016 and supplementary prospectus dated 27 July 2016 (“Prospectus”) by the issue of 14,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”) at an issue price of $0.20 per Share and 5,500,000 options exercisable at $0.20 each on or before 31 December 2018 (“Options”) at an issue price of $0.01 per Option.
