Resignation of Director
Aurora Labs Limited (“Aurora” or “the Company”) advises that Mr Hendrikus Herman has advised the Board that he will be resigning as a Non-Executive Director effective immediately, to focus on his legal role in private practice.
Mr Herman’s resignation is consistent with the Board restructure referred to in the Company’s quarterly report dated 28 April 2017. Aurora will be introducing new members to the Board in due course.
Mr Paul Kehoe, Chairman, thanked Mr Herman for his significant contribution to the Company during its early formation and with the successful IPO, and wished him every success in his future endeavors.
