Resignation of Director

Aurora Labs Limited (“Aurora” or “the Company”) advises that Mr Paul Kehoe has resigned from the Board of Directors of Aurora.

Mr Kehoe signalled his intention to resign from the Board at the recent EGM on 12 June 2017 and retire from corporate life. The Company thanks Mr Kehoe for his leadership to date and wishes him well with his future endeavours.
