Change of Company Secretary

Aurora Labs Ltd (“Aurora Labs” or the “Company”) announces the appointment of Mr Mathew Whyte as Company Secretary effective immediately, following the resignation of Mr David Parker.

Mr Whyte has more than 22 years of corporate experience across a range of industries and has held executive positions with other emerging ASX Listed industrial and technology companies with operations in Australia and overseas. Mr Whyte is a CPA and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Mr Parker has resigned as Company Secretary to focus on his corporate advisory role with Alto Capital. Mr Parker will continue in the role of Non-Executive Director of the Company. The Board sincerely thanks Mr Parker for his contribution to the Company in the role of Company Secretary during its early formation and IPO.
