Issue of Shares
The Board announces that Aurora Investment Trust plc (the "Company") has contracted to issue from its block listing facility on 24 June 2020 1,535,000 new ordinary shares of 25 pence at a price of £1.7413 per share.
Following this issue the Company's issued share capital consists of 75,053,743 ordinary shares and the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 75,053,743.
The above figure 75,053,743 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules the Company's Home Member State is the United Kingdom.
