Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Aurora UK Alpha plc (the "Company") announces the following:

The Company's issued share capital comprises ordinary shares of 25p, each carrying one voting right. As at 31 December 2025, the total number of ordinary shares the Company had in issue was 114,572,742, of which 4,538,824 ordinary shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Aurora UK Alpha plc is 110,033,918. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in the Company, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
