Issue of Shares

The Board announces that Aurora Investment Trust plc (the "Company") has contracted to issue from its block listing facility on 23 May 2018 124,297 new ordinary shares of 25 pence at a price of £2.1839 per share.     

Following this issue the Company's issued share capital consists of 47,687,650 ordinary shares and the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 47,687,650.

The above figure (47,687,650) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
