BOARD CHANGES

The Board of Aurora Investment Trust plc (the "Company") has been informed that Tristan Chapple has decided to take a sabbatical from Phoenix Asset Management Partners Limited ("Phoenix"), the Company's investment manager, and as a result has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 10 July 2018.  The team at Phoenix will continue to manage the Company's portfolio, led by Gary Channon as fund manager, and there are no changes to the current management arrangements as a result of Mr Chapple's resignation.

In connection with this, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Tatters as a replacement non-executive director of the Company with effect from 10 July 2018.  Mr Tatters joined Phoenix as a Director in 2004 and acts as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr Tatters has worked in financial services for over 27 years, beginning at Nomura International in the Operations and Equity Divisions in London and Hong Kong. He was appointed Co-Head of the Equity and Equity Derivatives Trading teams in 1998. 

No further information requires to be disclosed in accordance with LR 9.6.13 in connection with Mr Tatters' appointment.
