Sub: Change in Secretarial Auditors
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform the resignation of M/s. MRR & Associates as Secretarial Auditor of the Company effective from May 22, 2026, due to health issues of its sole proprietor.
The details required in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations are provided in Annexure-1.
This is to further inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, May 21, 2026, has, inter alia, considered and approved the appointment of M/s. RPR & Associates, Company Secretaries in Practice as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2026-27, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The details required in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations are provided in Annexure-2
The Board meeting commenced at 4:30 p.m. and concluded at 6:25 p.m.
