Further to our letter dated March 23, 2026 whereby we informed the closure of Trading Window of the Company from April 1, 2026 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, we inform you that the Trading Window will remain closed up to May 23, 2026 and shall be re-opened on May 24, 2026.
