In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015(“LODR”), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Aurionpro Solutions Limited (“the Company”), at its meeting held on 6[th] May, 2021, has approved the transaction for the sale of its entire stake, in its USA based subsidiary, resulting in the exit from the cyber security business globally. Necessary approval from the shareholders shall also be sought for this purpose.

The details of the transaction required to be disclosed as per SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09[th] September, 2015 is enclosed herewith.
