We further inform you that, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 22^nd September, 2018 to Tuesday, 25^th September, 2018 (both days inclusive), due to Annual General Meeting and declaration of dividend, if any.

Further, we have made arrangements for providing remote e-voting facilities to the shareholders of the Company for voting for the resolutions proposed at the 21st AGM scheduled to be held on 25^th September, 2018 as per following schedule:
