YTC AND GLENCORE EXTEND EXCLUSIVITY PERIOD

YTC Resources Limited (“YTC” or the “Company”) and Glencore International AG (“Glencore’) have mutually agreed to extend the exclusivity period for the execution of definitive transaction documents, as described in the Binding Term Sheet dated 21[st] November 2012, by two weeks.

The transaction documents are well advanced and YTC and Glencore look forward to their execution within this extension period.
