SHARE PURCHASE PLAN – CLOSING DATE REMINDER

Navarre Minerals Limited (ASX: NML) (Navarre or the Company) reminds Eligible Shareholders that the opportunity to participate in the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) closes at 5.00pm AEST on Friday 18 June 2021 (Closing Date). The Company is intending to raise up to $2,000,000 under the SPP.

Eligible Shareholders are those Australian shareholders who were registered as Navarre shareholders at 7.00pm AEST on 25 May 2021 (Eligible Shareholders).

The SPP entitles Eligible Shareholders, irrespective of the size of their shareholding, to subscribe for up to $30,000 of new shares in Navarre (SPP Shares) at an issue price of $0.10 per share and without incurring brokerage or other transaction costs.

If you wish to participate in the SPP, you can apply for SPP Shares using BPAY®. You can only apply using the BPAY® information provided on your personalised SPP Application Form that was sent to Eligible Shareholders.

You can access your personalised SPP Application Form by logging onto Boardroom’s InvestorServe portal at: https://www.investorserve.com.au/ and navigating to the “Statements/Advices” page.

The Company encourages all Eligible Shareholders to read the SPP Offer Booklet (Offer Booklet) lodged with the ASX and also sent to Eligible Shareholders on 3 June 2021, before deciding whether to participate in the SPP. The Offer Booklet is also available on the Company’s website: https://www.navarre.com.au/announcements/.

Participation in the SPP is entirely voluntary. The SPP is not underwritten.
