Placement of Shortfall Shares

Section 708A Notice

Navarre Minerals Limited ( Navarre ) gives notice to ASX for the purposes of section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act ) that it has today issued 5,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in Navarre ( Shares ) without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act. An Appendix 3B in relation to the Shares has been lodged with ASX.

Navarre states that as at the date of this notice:

1. Navarre has complied with:

   • (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to Navarre; and

   • (b) section 674 of the Act; and

2. Navarre is not aware of any excluded information within the meaning of section 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.
