Appointment of Company Secretary
Navarre Minerals Limited (ASX: NML) (“Navarre” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mathew Watkins as Company Secretary, with immediate effect.
Mr Watkins is a Chartered Accountant who has extensive ASX experience within several industry sectors including Biotechnology, Bioscience, Resources and Information Technology. He specialises in ASX statutory reporting, ASX compliance, Corporate Governance and board and secretarial support. Mr Watkins is employed at Leydin Freyer, a professional Company Secretarial and Accounting firm. Leydin Freyer have vast experience working with listed entities and brings a strong background of working with growing companies within the Resources sector.
As a result of Mr Watkin’s appointment, Ms Ford will revert to her previous role as Navarre’s Assistant Company Secretary and Accountant.
The Board wishes to thank Ms Ford for fulfilling the role of interim Company Secretary during this transition period.
