BOARD CHANGE - RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR & COMPANY SECRETARY

Navarre Director and Company Secretary, Mr Colin Naylor will retire as a Director of the Company at the conclusion of the 2020 Annual General Meeting and retire as Company Secretary on 31 December 2020.

The Navarre 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30am, 27 November 2020.
The Board of Directors of Navarre Minerals Limited ( ASX:NML ) ( Navarre or the Company ) advises that Mr Colin Naylor has notified the Board of his intention to retire as a Non-Executive Director of the Company at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 November 2020. Mr Naylor has also advised of his intention to retire as Company Secretary on 31 December 2020.
Mr Naylor, a founding director and Navarre shareholder, was appointed to the Navarre Board in November 2010 and was appointed Company Secretary in July 2018.
Colin’s retirement continues the realignment and rejuvenation of Navarre’s Board skills and composition as the Company moves a step closer towards transitioning to a gold development company.
Navarre Chairman, Mr Kevin Wilson, commented:
“On behalf of the Board, management team and shareholders, I would like to thank Colin for his valuable contribution to the Company and we wish him well for the future. As an experienced and credentialed Non-Executive and Company Secretary, Colin has been a key part of a successful period of growth for Navarre. ”
The Company will commence the process of appointing a replacement director.
