Navarre Minerals Ltd (ASX Code: NML) advises that the Board has today appointed Ms Jane Nosworthy as Company Secretary replacing Mr Trevor Shard.

Ms Nosworthy has previously held legal, commercial and company secretarial roles at Oceana Gold Corporation, Leviathan Resources Limited and MPI Mines Limited, prior to which she was a Senior Associate in the Melbourne office of law firm Allens Arthur Robinson. Ms Nosworthy holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Adelaide.

The Board would like to thank Mr Trevor Shard for his contribution as Navarre Minerals inaugural Company Secretary, and in particular for his role in relation to the Company’s listing in March 2011.

Navarre Minerals also announces that the address of the Company’s registered office has changed to the following, which is also the Company’s principal place of business:
