Re: Completion of the Investment Agreement with The Phoenix in Aura Commercial Centers Ltd.

Further to the immediate report of the Company¹ (the "Report") regarding an investment agreement (the "Agreement") pursuant to which The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. and The Phoenix Pension and Provident Ltd. (together: "The Phoenix") will invest in Aura Commercial Centers Ltd., the Company hereby updates that on October 31, 2025, The Phoenix paid the amount of NIS 70 million, as detailed in the report.
