Re: U.S. Patent Approval for the Company's Air Quality Management Technology, Air Quality Control System and Air Quality Control Method

Further to section 18.4 of the Company's Periodic Report for 2021 (published on March 15, 2022, Reference No. 2022-01-030457), the Company respectfully updates that on February 5, 2023, it received approval to register a patent in its name at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for its Air Quality Management Device, Air Quality Control System and a Method for Controlling Air Quality, as follows ("the Patent"):

The Patent's Title:	An Air Quality Management Device, An Air Quality Control
	System, And A Method For Controlling Air Quality
The Patent's Type:	Material Patent
The Patent's Number:	1158558 (Application No.16/969,243)
The Patent's Validity:	January 2039

The patent protects the Company's technology, mainly with regards to its Air Quality Management device, based on the Company's flagship system – Aura Air, The patent also protects the Company's Air Quality Management System platform, as well as its Method for Controlling Air Quality.

To the company's estimation, receiving approval for the patent registration is of great importance since the patent reinforces the protection of the technological platform underlying the development of the Company's products. The patent is expected to be published on record on February 21, 2023. It should be noted that the patent was submitted for registration in the U.S., Europe and India on dates proximate to each other.
