The Company respectfully updates that on December 6, 2022, its Indian subsidiary, Auraair Private Limited, received a binding order in the amount of approximately 350 thousand dollars (USD) for the purchase of its products from EIH Limited, India ("The purchaser," and "The order," as the case may be).1 The order is for an immediate supply of Aura Air systems and Aura Air device fleet-management software (the "Products").
The products are intended for installation and use in 3 hotels of the Oberoi hotel chain located in Bangalore, Calcutta and Mumbai.
The order is the Company's first substantial transaction in the hotel segment.
