NOTICE OF CORRECTION

This Notice of Correction corrects clerical errors in the Management Information Circular dated May 5, 2022 (the “ Circular ”) of Aura Minerals Inc. (“ Aura ”) issued in connection with the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Aura to be held on June 15, 2022. The corrections to the Circular are as follows:

• (1) In the table at page 19 of the Circular under the subheading “Executive Compensation – Summary Compensation Table and Narrative Discussion”, the row that discloses the 2021 compensation data for Sergio Castanho is removed and replaced with the following:
