Issue of Loan Funded Shares

Aura Energy Limited (ASX:AEE, AIM:AURA) ("Aura", the "Company") advises that further to the announcement of 21 December 2021, the Company has now issued an aggregate of 20,000,000 Loan Funded Shares at A$0.25 each under its Loan Funded Equity Scheme. The Loan Funded Shares are unlisted, escrowed and released upon future satisfaction of various vesting conditions, further details of which are set out in the Notice of AGM as announced on 22 November 2021.
