SHARE ISSUE SECTION 708A NOTICE

AuKing Mining Limited ACN 070 859 522 (ASX:AKN) (Auking or Company) provides this notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act in relation to the issue today of 142,857,143 fully paid ordinary shares (AKN) in the Company.

The shares have been issued following approval from shareholders at the EGM held on 10 March 2026 in relation to the acquisition of all the shares in Australian-registered company Goldtrace Exploration Pty Ltd.

An Appendix 2A detailing this issue of new shares was lodged with the ASX on 24 March 2026.

The ordinary shares are part of a class of securities quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange. The shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001. The Company is providing this notice under paragraph 5(e) of section 708A of the Corporations Act 2001.

The Company, as a disclosing entity, has at the date of this notice, complied with:

(a) The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act 2001 as they apply to the Company; and (b) Sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act 2001.

As at the date of this announcement, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in Sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act 2001.
