PLACEMENT SECURITIES ISSUED and SECTION 708A NOTICE

AuKing Mining Limited ACN 070 859 522 (ASX:AKN) (Auking or Company) confirms, following the receipt of shareholder approval at the AGM held on 31 May 2022, the issue of 6,274,137 $0.25 AKNO options pursuant to tranche 1 of the placement to sophisticated and professional investors as part of the capital raising program announced on 20 April 2022.

Notice under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001

The options are part of a class of securities quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange. The options were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001. The Company is providing this notice under paragraph 5(e) of section 708A of the Corporations Act 2001 (in reliance on the modification of section 708A(5)(b) of the Corporations Act 2001 by ASIC Instrument 21-0852 as attached).

The Company, as a disclosing entity, has at the date of this notice, complied with:

• a) The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act 2001; and b) Section 674 of the Corporations Act 2001.

As at the date of this announcement, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in Sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act 2001.
