Non-Renounceable Entitlement Offer

Prospectus Dispatched

Chinalco Yunnan Copper Australia Limited advises that the Prospectus for the partially underwritten non-renounceable entitlement offer announced to the ASX on 25 October 2013 was today dispatched to all eligible shareholders, together with personalised entitlement and acceptance forms.

A letter to ineligible shareholders was also dispatched today.

As previously advised the closing date for acceptances is 25 November 2013.
