Entitlement Offer - Issue of Shares

Chinalco Yunnan Copper Resources Limited (CYU) advises that it has today issued 30,538,341 shares in accordance with the pro-rata entitlement offer, announced on 25 October 2013.

Following the issue of the shares CYU now has a total of 278,532,524 fully paid ordinary shares quoted on ASX.
