The Directors of China Yunnan Copper Australia Limited are pleased to confirm that a total of ‐ 31,046,460 Ordinary Shares have been allotted under the Non Renounceable Rights Issue pursuant to the offer dated 1 September 2009. Holding Statements have been dispatched to shareholders today.
